Agentic-Coding Enablement

Coding agents your team can trust in production.

Coding agents such as Claude Code can now read a repository, run the tests and open a pull request. Most teams try one for a week, then either fall back to autocomplete or let it run without rules. We set agents up on your own codebase: instruction files the agent follows, connections to the tools your team already uses, review gates in CI and a written permission and secrets policy. Then we measure three of your real tickets before and after (cycle time, review rounds, defects), so you decide on evidence.

Who it is for

  • Software companies whose developers want more from AI than autocomplete
  • Engineering leads asked to “roll out AI” without a playbook or a security answer
  • Teams that tried a coding agent once and stopped at the first bad pull request

Problems it solves

  • Everyone uses it differently

Each developer has their own prompts and habits, so results cannot be compared, reviewed or taught.
  • The agent does not know your code

Without repository instructions it repeats the same mistakes and ignores your conventions.
  • Security has no answer

Nothing in writing says what the agent may read, run or push, or where secrets live.
  • No proof it pays off

Licences are bought, but nobody measured a real ticket before and after.

Capabilities

  • Repository instruction files and reusable skills for your stack
  • Tool connections over MCP: issue tracker, docs, database, CI
  • Review gates in CI for agent-written pull requests
  • Permission, sandbox and secrets policy
  • Before-and-after measurement on real tickets
  • Hands-on training in Bulgarian or English

What you receive

  • Workshop day on your codebase

Up to 12 developers. Setup, prompting and review habits, and what never to let an agent do. They leave with a team playbook, a configured repository and three skills.
  • Instruction files and skills

Committed to your repository and reviewed with your leads.
  • Guardrails in writing

Permission and secrets policy plus CI review gates, ready for your security review.
  • Three measured tickets

Real tickets delivered with the agent and compared with before on cycle time, review rounds and defects.

How the engagement runs

One-day workshop or 4-week team rollout

  1. Week 1: Repository review

We read one repository with your lead, agree three real tickets to measure and write the first instruction files.

  2. Week 2: Tools and guardrails

Tool connections over MCP, the permission and secrets policy, and review gates in CI.

  3. Week 3: Team workshop

A hands-on day for up to 12 developers; the three tickets are delivered with the agent and measured.

  4. Week 4: Measure and hand over

Before-and-after report, skills library and runbook handed over. Optional agent operations: new skills as your stack changes, model and tool updates, monthly office hours, usage and cost review.

Questions

What is the free repository review?

No slides. In 45 minutes we open one of your repositories with your tech lead and tell you what we would change first. No obligation.

Which coding agents do you work with?

Claude Code first, which we use every day. The habits are tool-neutral and carry over to Codex and Cursor, so you are not locked in to one vendor.

Will the agent see our source code?

It runs on your developers’ machines or in your CI, under the provider account and data terms you choose. The permission policy sets what it may read, run and push, and secrets stay in your secret store rather than in prompts or files the agent reads.

Do you work this way yourselves?

Yes. In 2026, 1,805 commits across 73 of our repositories (48% of ours) were co-authored with coding agents. 38 agents built our bilingual 14-route site in one 99-minute run, and about 105 QA agents moved allinvoices.app from no-go to go, with 3 critical and 11 high issues fixed. These figures come from our own products; your numbers come from your tickets.
