How the engagement runs

8–16 week engagement (scope-dependent)

  1. Weeks 1–2: Scoping workshop

    Acceptance criteria, evaluation set and architecture agreed before the first commit.

  2. Every 2 weeks: Working increments

    Working software each cycle, tested against the criteria and code-reviewed with your team if you have one.

  3. Final increment: Handover

    Source code, infrastructure, deployment scripts and runbook transferred.

  4. 30 days after: Support and review

    Support included for 30 days, closed with an incident review.

Which AI models do you use?

The ones that pass your evaluation set at an acceptable cost, speed and data location. We stay model-agnostic, so you can switch later without a rebuild.

How do we know the AI part works?

Before building, we agree a set of real cases and the expected results. Every increment is tested against it, and it is re-run after every change.

Can our engineers take it over?

That is the point of the handover. Code review with your team during the build means they know the code before they own it.
