Document-finding agents, workflow automation and CRM or ERP integration for the operational work that eats your team’s week: invoice matching, approval routing, knowledge search across SharePoint, Drive and Confluence. Every action is logged for audit, and every automation has a designed way back.
Who it is for
- Finance and operations teams that route approvals through email and spreadsheets
- Companies whose knowledge is scattered across SharePoint, Drive and shared folders
- Organisations where people re-type data from one system into another
Problems it solves
Approvals stall in inboxes
Requests wait for the right person to notice them. Nobody can see where a request is stuck.Searching instead of working
People spend time looking for the latest version of a contract, invoice or procedure. The same data, typed twice
Orders, invoices and client details are copied by hand between CRM, ERP and spreadsheets. No clear audit trail
When something goes wrong, nobody can say who changed what, and when.
Capabilities
- Document search across SharePoint, Drive and Confluence
- Approval workflow automation
- CRM and ERP integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP)
- Audit trail with a replayable action log
- Shadow mode before an automation acts on its own
- A rollback path designed for every automated step

How the engagement runs
6-week initial engagement
Weeks 1–2: Map the manual flow
We map the current process with the people who run it, choose the first flow to automate and agree how success is measured.
Weeks 3–4: Build and connect
Automation, document search and integrations are built in increments and reviewed with your operations lead.
Weeks 5–6: Shadow, then promote
The automation runs in shadow next to your team for two weeks. It is promoted only after sign-off, with the rollback path already in place.

Questions
Do we have to replace the systems we use today?
No. We connect to what you already run: your document stores, CRM, ERP and email. Replacing systems is rarely the fastest route to less manual work.
What if an automation makes a wrong decision?
It starts in shadow mode, where it suggests and your team decides. Every action is logged, approval steps stay where you want them, and each automated step has a designed rollback.
Where does our data go?
Access follows your existing permissions, and processing runs in EU regions by default. Where the data lives and who can reach it is written into the contract.
